Robert Barracca

Director, Infrastructure Technologies

A member of the Avero team since 2000, Robert originally joined the company as a systems analyst. His skills in infrastructure development have earned him a director's position, where he is responsible for overseeing IT, customer support and database administration.

 

Robert's degree in electrical engineering has served him well in problem solving and product development. He started his career at M.A. Schapiro, a brokerage house, where he worked in the IT department, and also worked as a senior consultant for SE Software, a consulting firm.

At Avero, Barracca has been involved in building the infrastructure upon which Avero Slingshot still runs today, even serving as interim director of product development. He has also worked on POS system integrations, customer support, as well as backup and failover system development.

 

Robert is based at Avero's office in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He is a graduate of Cooper Union in New York.
