Fidaije Nesimi

Director, Human Resources

Since 2001, Fidaije has overseen all HR activities for Avero including recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and facilities. Fidaije has a strong track record for recruiting and retaining top-notch technical talent for fast-growing companies.

 

Prior to her role at Avero, Fidaije was the HR Director for Vaultus, a mobile solutions provider. Fidaije helped Vaultus grow from 35 to 170 people in a

nine-month period, and in so doing, helped ensure that new employees maintained the corporate culture.

 

Prior to Vaultus, Fidaije was the HR Manager at methodfive, a leading interactive services company. At methodfive, Fidaije assisted growth from

a handful of employees to over 80 personnel in two countries.

 

Fidaije holds a BS in Psychology from Brooklyn College, the City University

of New York.
